Seems fairly straightforward to me. I presume you are taking legal action against someone? Your solicitor has prepared the necessary paperwork and sent it to the other side. The other side has changed its solicitors and are now represented by Horwich Farrelly.

Yeah very bad accident in Feb 2013 broke my spine and smashed my femur ,now my injuries are perminant and I have cauda equina Sad

That sounds really disabling sprouts,I do hope you are found eligible for compensation and that you get fair compensation .

Yes they have admitted liability so just need some offers at some point been 3 years now just want it over and done with X
