Can it be enforced? How likely is it to enforced?.

I want to set up a nail tech table in our dressing room.

Yes it can be enforced

It depends who put it on there and if they take an active interest

Also, it can affect selling the house as you would need to say that you didn't breach the covenants

The original builders put it on, doesn't stop anyone parking work vans outside their houses.

House is 4 yo.

You'll have a problem because of the extra traffic/visitors/parking. Standard clause on a lot of housing estates now.

If you'd wanted to do something more remote I think it would probably be ok.

Could you be a mobile nail tech and drive to clients?

Why would parking a van breach a covenant? They are meant to deter people from using their house as business premises, surely? To stop noise and nuisance for neighbours.

The covenant says no works van or sign written vans to be parked outside the houses.
