My ex applied to court for a number of things. He's withdrawn his application now for some reason or another, but i received a letter from court saying the matter remains listed on a certain date, parties do not have to attend and the matter dealt with in their abscence unless they wish to make an representation.

Anyone know what this means? Solicitors is shut until monday , but id really like to have my mind put to rest about it!

Thanks 😘

From a past similar experience when someone withdraws there application there will still be a court date just for the judge to agree to the withdrawal and that's all so I wouldn't worry to much Flowers easier said then done I know
