I work in housing and have progressed RTB applications in the past. What is it you'd like more information about? Your council should also have a member of staff who handles RTB - sometimes a Housing Options Officer.

We need to move up to a bigger place If we do how long do we need to live there
before becoming eligible for RTB ? (we are currently eligible)

It depends on your tenancy if you can carry over the right to buy to a new property - is it covered in your lease?

Beware though, if you live in Scotland rtb is ending on 1st of August for everyone.
