I live in the marital home stbx lives elsewhere- moved out 14 months ago He has continued to use this address to have letters and parcels sent to, which I've kept and given to him in the beginning he took them but lately ignores my texts
So I have a pile of unopened letters
My solicitor said never ever open them but give them to him or send back addressee Unknown - I've done that too
Today a letter has arrived looking like a court summons
What do I do? It's nothing to do with me. I could go to his and post it but if he ignores it I'll get bailiffs here
Really don't want anything to do with it or him He was violent and very verbally abusive He will blame me
What would you do?
