Hi i have been thinking about getting a residency order, her dad isnt on the birth certificate but there has been a private dna test which proved he was her father, he has threatened on numerous occasions he was going to take her from me and now shes going to playgroup i keep thinking about what he said, also next year we will be going to spain do i need permission from him to go? Even if he isnt on the birth certificate?
