TUPE question

Hi hoping someone can help me with this query..

I was TUPE'd across to a new employer about 15 years ago. At the time of the transfer I signed a contract confirming "changes to your terms and conditions which form the basis of this offer".

The letter listed a number of things that had changed, as well as some that hadn't. For example we moved across onto the new employer's Maternity Policy, but our Pension remained unchanged, both are referenced in the letter. However there is no mention of anything relating to Redundancy Policy.

In this situation which Redundancy Policy now applies, the one that was part of my original contract, or the one at the company I was TUPE'd into?
