How can I find an address?

I have a name, DoB and rough location. They are not on the electoral roll and have a low internet presence. How can I quickly and legally find their address?

Process server is another name for a private investigator. What about 192.com but not sure if that only has hits for electoral register?

Not sure what you mean by no great success. Did you contact any of them? Many firms only bill you when they find someone.

Google "Tracing agent". A friend of mine who runs a small business did this when someone left her with an unpaid bill of nearly £3k and then moved away. Person was traced, bill is being repaid. I think it cost around £100.
