Contracts and jobs

I was offered a job over two weeks ago and verbally accepted it immediately. I have asked for a contract but they are being very slow with it. I am due to start in just over two weeks time

I have been offered another job. Would it be wrong for me to take job two?

No it wouldn't, but first I think it would be best to speak to them and tell them that you've had this other offer that you're minded to proceed with unless they get the contract to you today/tomorrow.
