I'd like to move abroad fora couple of years with my new partner whose job is taking him away. I'm divorced with a 10yr old DD and her father flatly refuses permission for me to take her with me. I'm in the process of trying to get a court order. Any advice on best thing to do? DD okay about going but isn't mad on it and will (of course) miss her father. It's not forever and we'll be home all and every school holiday for maxim contact with him and extended family.
