Final FDR Hearing

Ive managed to resolve matters between my husband and myself and will not need the final FDR hearing in early March. Any idea how i cancel it without using a lawyer as costs are spiralling and I drew a line on using lawyers a few months ago

A bit tough without lawyers. You need to draw up a court order for approval which gives effect to the settlement you've reached, and you both complete a statement of information form.

Unless you know what you're doing, pay a lawyer to draw up the order for you.
