I'm not usually on these boards, usually post more lighthearted things in aibu but was after a bit of advice.
Anyone 'in the know' able to give me a ball park figure for legal costs to be represented at a 3 day employment tribunal final hearing in the south east.
I am in the process of trying to negotiate a settlement but the employers solicitor keeps maintaining they will consider a commercial settlement only.
One offer has been made (which they said is not negotiable and will be reduced or withdrawn if rejected - we rejected it ) but we are trying to gauge what they may see to be commercially viable
