Move money in divorce

What happens if someone takes money out of the country for someone to look after whilst in a divorce at court?

It can be added back so you get a greater share of the UK assets. You'll have to prove they did it in order to hamper your efforts for a fair settlement.

He will have to prove he's done it reasonably. And it's above board.

Hes already told my solicitor hes done it.

Turns out he moved money to another country and change bank accounts but courts know all that. it does not pay so dont do.
