Bundle question

If the applicants solicitor is preparing the bundle, is he supposed to print and give a copy to the respondent? Or just provide an index so that the respondent can print his own copy?

just an index.

If the respondent would find it difficult to get one printed, the app might do one extra copy but resp would be expected to pay for the solicitor's time and costs (ie at admin rates, not Grade A fee earner rates).

Thanks. I've read through the practice direction but couldn't see anything specific about this point, maybe I missed it.
