Our freeholder has gone into administration, what next?

We live on an old farm estate, about forty people own the houses but the developer owns the freehold. The developer seems to have gone into administration and are currently not contactable.

Where do we stand? Particularly in regard to our home, the private road we need for access and gardens they have been looking after?

Is it worth getting in contact with my solicitor or at this point should I sit tight and wait to be contacted?
