minute of agreement, help!

After attending mediation, exp and I were to have a minute of agreement drawn up. I did in mediation as my lawyer advised, but exp is not happy with the outcome so has told me he is refusing to pay any child maintenance nowSad (to punish me)

My question is, can child maintenance not be included in a minute of agreement? And travel arrangements for DS? My lawyer originally said that was the case but has since said only contact can be in there Confused I'm so confused

Child Maintenance cannot as the minute of agreement can't superseded the CSA / CMS

Travel arrangements can be included however.

Get on the phone to the CMS ASAP - they won't backdate claims.

Fantastic! That's good to know re travel arrangements! I want to get it drawn up asap. His lawyer told him that travel was his responsibility, he's not happy with that so now has another new lawyer (this is his third!)

So I guess if he doesn't agree with the status quo we have at the moment re travel arrangements he just won't agree/sign. I'm wondering if in that case...he will bring this back to court

But money is so tight at the moment especially with Christmas round the corner that I'm actually going to have to say ok you win, and start travelling of it means he'll pay CM Sad

Dancemom...would you happen to know

If he doesn't sign the minute of agreement going by what we divide day mediation, what happens then?

Do we not get a minute of agreement or does it go to court?
