I have posted this in chat but have t had much joy .
Are there any lawyers out there? After years of it playing on my mind I have gone to the police regarding a paedophile from my childhood . We have 16 witnesses come forward and the trial started today . The first thing the accused asked for was a doctor ( he is elderly now) . What happens if they declare him unfit to stand trial? It has taken so long to get this far and so much soul searching - will the trial collapse ? Will the judge make a decision without him ?
