Will Advice

My elderly Uncle died 5 years ago, leaving his house to all 4 of his children, but held in trust for his wife for her lifetime. I.e. They can't throw her out, she can live there for life. (They wouldn't anyway as they love their DM dearly). In the will it provided for a child predecessing him, so if one of his children predeceased him, their share would go their children. None of his children predecease him, all were alive at the time of his death.

Fast forward 3 years after his death and one of his children passed away, he left all of his estate to his wife.

My question is, who is entitled to that 25% share of my Uncle's house? Is it his children (even though my cousin didn't predecease his father)? Or, is it his wife because she is his sole beneficiary?

The wife assuming he's left everything to her in a will.

Yes, the wife.
