Hi everyone, I'm just wondering, I have my partner on both birth certificates for my boys which I know means he has equal rights. I'm wondering if he is able to take them out of the country without my consent and if he is able to obtain passports for them without my knowledge? They are half Nigerian so can have dual nationality. TIA x
