Can anyone recommend a company for employment law, ideally one that may give half hour free.

I have a friend in a bit of a sticky situation and I think in desperate need of legal advice. I think she has grounds for constructive dismissal but she doesn't think so. However she has long term health issue that I think are being made worse by her job so she is struggling to see a way forward/out. It involves vulnerable children do really can't post details on here

Does she have home insurance? You can take legal cover out under policies which will cover employment advice. She should check

If not, check the Law Society (either of Engkand and Wales or Scotland, depending on location). You can search for solicitors by specialism and location

Or - if she's a union member, they can access advice
