STBXH owns 2 houses with his brother, he lives in one, brother lives in the other. We are getting divorced and ex is claiming he cannot do anything with either property as BiL is refusing to allow them to be valued, sold, anything. I'm legally entitled to a share of ex's halves but if BiL refuses to budge, how can this be solved? Any advice much appreciated. I think they're joint tenants but not 100% sure.
