I have been through DV. I claim ed legal aid for Non molostation order but will i get it for divorce? Hes taking me to court over financial matters. I have no money. Really worried

You need proof that you have been in dv and then it is means tested as to whether you get legal aid. Or you can have some aid and pay monthly contributions.
