My dh has been fighting a 'leave to remove' case. His ex w thought it a good idea to take their children to a country with woeful special needs provision. She has lots of money, VERY posh barristers.. we self represented...long story short. The children will remain in UK . Do your homework guys..check e everything and simply say it like it is. My dh does not have shared care, just the normal eow. Have faith and do the work. champagne corks at home chez us tonight... my point being, if you are a nrp AND reliable you have a chance.
