Where to go for mediation?

I'm asking for a friend any help would be great.
How do you find a good mediator? Where is the best place to look?
I can give more information if needed and the friend knows I am posting this.

Contact National Family Mediation. They are a nationwide group and will be able to put you in touch with a branch nearby. Google them and they are easy to find.

A lot of solicitors have moved into mediation since the changes in legal aid too.

Thank you. With mediation is it a case of some better than others? If yes how do you know who to go with? There was a lot of abuse in the relationship and I envisage m friends ex saying all the right things then just not found any of it.
