I've posted this in the 'separation and divorce' topic, but someone suggested it might be better in 'legal' - so I'm trying here too!

You should follow the advice given by babybarrister on the other thread. You can't rely on even well intentioned advice given in a public forum by anonymous posters.

Look at s25 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973. That lists the factors that the court takes into account. But you need bespoke advice from someone experienced in dealing with these cases if you want to know what you're likely to achieve in court.

Thanks - that is good advice. I have been photocopying financial documents this morning as DH is out...
