My STBXH has been reducing his maintenance and hasn't paid any this month and now I can't afford my bills which are due to go out on the 1st. We have 3 DCs. I approached the CMS 2 weeks ago to get the correct amount of maintenance every month but it hasn't kicked in yet, is there any way I can force him to pay May's maintenance? We have no orders or anything, just doing the Form E for solicitors as we can't agree on finances.
