Divorce/financial settlement

i divorced my exh 4 years ago and have since remarried. It wasn't an awful marriage, just very cold and it was a relief to be out of it. I left him with the house, I took the 2 children and ran. I didn't contribute any further to the mortgage but as part of the informal 'deal' he didn't pay anything towards the children.
Anyway we sold the house I took less as it was the only way he'd agree to the sale. We never had a financial settlement even though my solicitor very much encouraged me to do so. I was a sahm for much for the marriage and therefore didn't accrue much of a pension.
My question is have I left it too late to go back to court to ask for some of his pension? Would it be wrong of me given I have remarried? Kids are now 17 and 18.

Yes, probably, look up the remarriage then take proper legal advice.

You've not left it too late. You can bring an application to court. If you focus on just the pension it should be quite straightforward.
