I'm afraid I can't fully explain my situation, because I'd be typing all day!

basically, me and ex h split up in 2013. we have 1 ds together who is 4. ex h got residency as he refused to move out of our lovely 2 bedroom place and I had to move into a tiny 1 bed with no heating. judge ruled ds better off with ex h and me having access. I got 24 hrs a week access. it's been really hard.

no its worse. ex h has brought me back into court as ds starts school in Sept. ex h is trying to reduce my contact to 10 hrs a week. he is trying to make it so that his mother picks my ds up from school 3 days a week and me just one.

I have written a statement to the court to say that I want to collect my ds from school 2 or 3 days a week as well as having him eow.

I am so panicked. I can't sleep . the thought of only seeing ds 10 hrs a week makes me feel sick.

am I likely to win in court ?

thanks in advance

I'm really sorry but I don't think anyone here can advise you on the likely outcome without knowing the full details of your case which I strongly recommend you don't post on here.

It is normal for contact to be reassessed when a pre-schooler starts full time school to make sure the child gets adequate quality time with both parents where appropriate. Do you have a solicitor?
