Dont know if Im worrying for nothing

DH has a non molostation order on him. He was arrested by police and cps charged him. Hes due in court soon. He is trying to remove the non molostation order on him. Will the judge remove it knowing hes going to court to plead.

No. The court wouldn't look at varying the non-mol until the result of the criminal proceedings are known.
