Company bonuses during maternity leave

does anyone know the answer to the following, if your annual bonus is made up of 50% personal performance and 50% company performance and this is written into your contract, would you be entitled to it during maternity leave? In the same company I know one person got paid the full part of the company bonus and pro-rate on the personal part, another is getting told that it is at managers discretion if she gets anything (apart from pro-rata for the part of the year she was there). I would have thought the company would at least have to have consistency on how they treat everyone on mat leave. There is nothing published in the company's maternity guide either way.

My bonus was structured similarly and I got it paid in full whilst on mat leave as co policy. I don't know many people who get this at other companies though, usually seems to be pro rata.

I got my bonus when on mat leave both times. They say that it's not pro rated but it is awarded on the basis of contribution so if your only at work for 6 months of the bonus year you will only be awarded a bonus on that basis. This is effectively the same as pro rating but technically isn't!
