Just a quick question, I'm changing my DC1's surname legally - I know there are other ways but I wanted nothing to worry about, and I'm a bit thick..
His name is fine on the letter but my name has an extra letter in the first name. Think 'John' for 'Jon' kind of thing. Is this still ok for me to sign? I can't get hold of my solicitor today and they'll be shut until Tuesday.
