My ExH has made a complaint to the CB regarding payments they made for my oldest daughter when she was at further education. They paid up until she was 19. She is now 21. He also had to pay CM during this time. This is why he made the complaint as CM is owed if you get CB for a child. He disagrees that I should have been getting CB as the course she was on was a foundation course. CB at the time agreed I should get it and I provided them with the proof of the course as requested. CB now want me to prove again she was in the colleges she was in. The course she was on no longer exists and they are also asking for info dating back when she was at high school. I have provided this at the time as they requested. CB has now stopped CB for my youngest as I have not been able to provide the info they requested. Can they stop CB for a child that the dispute is not over?
