Does anyone know what the role of the family assistance officer? Family assistance order was given at the final hearing of a child arrangement case. The officer has been touch today and I hate her already! She's told my vile abusive ex to come to my house to discuss contact arrangements and I'm not happy! He's threatened me countless times in front of the children and I don't want him at my house unless it's to collect/drop off, this way I can remain indoors away from him.
I'm just curious as to what her role is and what I should expect?
