Any judges about? Or those that no about Non-Mol

I've applied for a non-mol and the other party has contested it so it's being deferred for another day.

The judge wanted to ask some questions regarding the application today before agreeing and asked the other party if he agreed to anything to which he said no, he 100% didn't do anything, after 5 minutes and some questions regarding my statement the other party stated he did do some of what was said and he was now denying 90% of what was in my statement.

What I would like to know is, can the other party go on about other things which have NOT been listed in my statement or does he have to reply to that which has only been said in my statement?

He keep's trying to bring up I changed mine and my DS's last name (legally, before he has PR, FWIW DS always had my name and I have proof of this so no idea why he doesn't get over it) he doesn't like this fact so is now trying to claim I've fraudulently gained a passport, he's been saying for 6 months the PP office is investigate this, however when i spoke to them they pulled up both mine and DS's PP and said nothing was going on, he'd put in a complaint regarding my DS's PP however that was long after he originally stated they were investigating. He is also trying to raise points about other things that have not happened and have nothing to do with what I have submitted in my statement to the court and to him, will the judge let him go on about these things even though it's nothing to do with what I've said?

The name change issue is irrelevant and won't interest the judge. He can put what he wants in his statement, and it's for the judge to decide if it's relevant. What the judge is really interested in is how he's behaved towards you.

he's said he's putting in;

the PP office investigating my DS's passport and apparently has evidence of this.
That "i claimed Legal aid fraudulently" he is denying all abuse allegations.
That he's not spoken to me in "2+/_ years" except he said he sent one text in March 2014 however I've got proof of emails dating after this from him.

So will the court only be interested in the last one? He's trying to tarnish my character but obviously 99% of the things he's using in his statement have nothing what so ever to do with this application and he's already admitted to doing some stuff.

Thank you for reply Collaborate

Yes. The first two are irrelevant.

Will the non-mol cover my son as well? He's been given no contact

What does the PSO do? I thought that was just to stop people from moving?

Will they take all the HWN, NMO (if granted) No Contact order etc into account if I apply as well as if he were to take me back to court for my son?

Thank you btw

Sorry, I mean a Harassment warning notice. He was served with one last May despite telling the court he hasn't spoken to me or had any dealings with me since last March.

Otherwise I don't think we'd be going back to court, he's been threatening me for over a year saying he's taking me back to court and doing mediation and it's all empty threats
