I need an employment solicitor

Just that. I need to speak to someone who knows about employment law. Mainly about dismissal on grounds of ill health capability, but also with regards to possible pay out.

I do have a union involved, but their advice is to get independent advice. Useful!

So if you know of someone in NW who can do employment law or have some knowledge yourself then help!!

I work in HR, what is the situation, can you explain? Also it is worth giving ACAS a call who will most definetly be able to help you. You can find their details through a quick google search
