Ive posted a few times about EA ex. Today he has again let our son down for contact.

I called him out on this, and he since has been bombarding me with abusive texts, facebook status', saying hes coming round.

He has threatened to take DS a few times, which i am seriously concerned about.

Where do i go from here? Ultimately i'd like a residence/prohibited steps order so he cant take him, and a non mol so he can come nowhere near me/the house. ASAP.

Im by no means legal, but we have had EA issues with DH's exW. DH went straight to the courts without a solicitor when he wanted a specific order put in place, I would imagine that the same would apply here. Call CAB and get some advice on making the first move. If you feel that you or your DS are in any danger then call the police (do the non-emergency 111 unless you think it is immediate). They will be able to log the complaint which can be used in court. might be an idea to discuss your concerns with SS to start a paper trail there too. Good luck
