Hi does anyone know if this falls under the disability law. I applied for a role internally in my company. I matched every single they was looking for in this role. Had an email saying I had not been shortlisted. I know this is cause I've had a lot of time off sick due to a long term illness which I will have for the rest of my life. I know they was going to be a lot of travel in the role but me and dh had already discussed this. They are now using this as the reason I didn't get an interview by saying about the travelling is very long and they don't think that is suitable for me. Surely that is my decision to make! Can anyone help?
