2yr separation to divorce : timeline???

Hello,
I am very keen to file for divorce. To keep him sweet I agreed to go for 2yrs separated as grounds, coz he didn't want to think of himself as being unreasonable (haha!!!) even though he was precisely that (10yrs of EA - hence I ended it).

So do I have to wait for 2yrs or can I petition a month beforehand???

No, you petition at least 2 years after you separated, however the date of separation can be just when you stopped living as husband and wife, which may precede one of you moving out.
