I'm making this request for a friend. she has been named in the Spanish will of a close friend, who died nearly a year ago. I think the firm of Spanish solicitors who appear to be the executors are not acting ethically. I have advised her to consult a soicitor to act on her behalf, they would need to speak English and she is based on the south coast of Spain, so Gibraltar would be convenient.
