I wonder if anyone can tell me if we have to disclose the fact that our property has had a major water leak which resulted in us having to move out so the work could be carried out.
I know if your property is flooded it has to be disclosed, but ours was a leaking pipe which went undetected for quite a while, and should we at some point in the future decide to move where do we stand on this. Thanks in advance for any responses.
