The courts have ordered we attended mediation at a recent child contact hearing.
I work and live with Dp and so don't qualify for legal aid (only just). I am however paying for our 3 children with no help at all from the ex. I pay for all the child care, clothes, dinners money, school trips etc.
Dp and I split the bills and I don't take anything from him for the kids.
Ex gets legal aid. I just cannot afford the 125 a session for mediation right now.
Will it reflect badly on me back in court?
