Costs

We recently attended a Court hearing at which the other (losing) party were ordered to pay my costs. They haven't done so and I';ve had no communication.

Does anyone know what my next step is? Do I apply back to the county Court and if so which form do I use, or do I now take the Court Order for costs and apply to the small claims court for a money claim against the other person?

The other party have 14 days to pay. Once that time's expired you should first write to them and if no response you can issue enforcement proceedings ( eg warrant of execution, attachment of earnings, garnishee or charging order) so long as the costs are a specified amount.
