Contentious Probate

Hello,

I'm newly registered but not new to the site....I just like to read the banter and generally get advice from other parents that worry about the same things as I do.

My query is very personal and I unfortunately feel uncomfortable relaying it on the World Wide Web, however I noticed some of you are either practicing lawyers/solicitors or have experience. I have already paid hundreds on a solicitor and she told me what google did. This probate situation has got to a point and I need to know if it is worth me pursuing. So I am just asking for a professional/personal opinion as I fear I am being irrational.

Would someone kindly help me? Just reply to the thread and I will PM you with the saga. Sorry if this is not the norm but to get advice I would need to put personal details.....

Thanks x
