Can anybody value a freehold for me? Pretty please!

Just that really! I am looking at selling the freehold between 2 flats but getting v different values on internet, is anybody around that does that?

Have a look at the Leasehold Advisory Service website. They have a list of specialist surveyors who do freeholds.
