Hi Please could anyone point me in right direction?....Everywhere I look on the internet just points me to lawyers advertising, trying to get me to pay through the nose to apply for a statutory will. I am a deputy for my mother and since I've already amassed pretty much all the info, family tree/statements etc I just need to make the application. I understand the justice.gov.uk website probably has the forms but what numbers are they?? When I have simply typed 'statutory will' in the search bar, nothing really comes up...It's so frustrating.

Really grateful for your help! :0)

From memory, I think it's a COP1 form.

Also make sure you read Practice Direction 9F if you haven't done so already.

COP GN8 ? Think if you phone Court of Protection they should be able to post you the correct forms and guidance.
