Small Claims

Im being taken to the small claims by ex.
maily for silly things like half his mobile phone bill, a pair of glasses (gift), a TV which I paid for in 2007 and a credit reference check he paid for for a rented house.
All this is in relatiation because I took him because he wouldnt give me any of my belongings. He defended it but failed to turn up so it was awarded in my favour.
I have defended his claim and I intend to turn up also.
If I mention to the judge that this is simply malicious and in retaliation, will this be taken in to account?
Also - I cant for the life of me see what evidence he could produce for the things he wants. Does he have to prove I owe him all these things?
How do I request the particulars?

Not a lawyer, but I don't think the judge will need to have it pointed out that your ex is a fuckwit. What a waste of court time.

Don't lose any sleep over this. Of course you ex has to prove you owe him this money, and as you don't, he can't.

Aren't you glad he's an ex? Grin

Absolutely!! Thanks you.
Have mediation about it today.
So I don't have to prove anything at all??

Just an update, mediator refused to mediate because it was malicious between husband and wife. Told me what to do for a statement of truth and not worry!
Anymore advice??
