Colleague had a few problems at work. Felt she wasn't being listened to although she was asked to arrange meetings which she didn't. She left for a new job. Employer paid her until end of contract even though she didn't have a sick line for the last 6 weeks as it would have been difficult for other employee (with whom she had the problem)
She had been finished employment for 12 days when she put in a grievance. She has a new job which started immediately after her employment with original employer ended and she is getting a higher salary. I thought if you had left employment you couldn't put in a grievance. Any thoughts
