A company has opened up a website using some of my wording, similar/same typeface and selling the same product. A corporate lawyer has quoted a huge sum to take the case on which is just not doable. Netnames are involved and I have been advised to look in to contacting WIPO - World Intellectual Property Organization. I've looked at their website and it seems incredibly complicated.
Any suggestions on how to get this site taken down quickly before they damage my business further?
