My babys dad has taken my lil man and is trying to get custady but hes a verbally abusive weed smoker that cant look after or handle him and his mum is fighting for him im stuck what can i do ??

Can they do anything as he is on the birth certificute ?

They will do a welfare check and go to his house to ensure that the child is safe and has what he needs. You need to make an application to Court to have your son returned.

Police? No not really as it's a cool matter not a criminal matter. Unless they do a welfare check and they are concerned for his welfare.

Contact a solicitor - if you have previously logged the abuse you should be eligible for legal aid.
