Mum denying contact order

So my husband was granted a contact order to see his little girl and we have tried to get her to go and the contact centre have tried to get in touch with her too but she has just ignored everyone.
What can the judge do?
Anyone else been in this situation?

Is it a final order or an interim order? Does he have any further hearings planned?

hey guys thanks for your replies. it is an interim order at the moment and we have another hearing in November and the little lady is 3 in October :) xx
